Uplift Others with The Song for LYF

The Song for LYF, a children's song for all ages, was published in December 2017.  The lyrics capture several key concepts about the four deeds of goodness and the Philosophy for LYF to which we should all aspire for a better life and a better world.  The uplifting melody matches the song's positive messages.

Help Us Reach Our Goal

One goal for LRN LAF LUV LIV in 2018 is to have The Song for LYF sung and recorded by children (and/or adults) in every country in the world.  This webpage will be used to monitor the progress and post links to some of the recordings.

Help us uplift spirits and spread goodness around the world by recording a version and sharing it.

Here are the suggested steps to perform.

1. Record the singing of the song.  It can be as simple as recording a video of the singing with a smartphone or video recorder.  Or you can make a slideshow with the audio or a video with your favorite movie making software.  Lyrics and melody are here.
2. Upload the video to YouTube.
3. Add the hashtags #SongforLYF #LearnLaughLoveLive #LrnLafLuvLiv in the title or description so people can find it.  Also include the country and any city, state, or province from which it was recorded.
4. Make sure the video is set for public viewing.
5. Write a comment at the bottom of this post to let us know it is out there.
6. Share with your friends and on your favorite forums.

If you are only able to record audio or cannot access YouTube, use the Contact me menu item to share a link to the audio file (an MP3 or WAV file) or video, and I will help post it.

Feel free to be as creative as you would like in singing the song and making a video.  And please keep to the purpose of the song: uplifting, positive, and suitable for all ages.
