Week 3 is all about growing your true wealth.
The Philosophy for LYF provides a path to your better life. The path is broken into steps. Each step you take is an incremental improvement of where you were before. And each step you take builds off the previous steps to reinforce what you have changed.
A week is suggested for each step—long enough for you to meet the objective of each step, but short enough to keep you moving forward and gaining experience in each key concept.

Grow true wealth
Focus on LRN LAF LUV LIV toward yourself. Actions from these deeds of goodness are about improving, enjoying, valuing, and realizing the goodness in yourself.
Week 3 focuses LRN LAF LUV LIV toward yourself. You grow true wealth when you improve, enjoy, value, and realize yourself. Remember that these deeds are all about goodness, and for this week, it is specifically targeted to doing goodness toward yourself.
Make sure you learn something new each day that enriches you and improves you. Do something that you enjoy that is full of goodness. Make sure you have a hearty and healthy laugh at least once a day. Listen to or watch a comedy, or socialize with friends and colleagues that make you laugh. You can even laugh at yourself. Take care of yourself, whether it is exercising, eating healthy, or meditating. And do something a little extra or better in your life. Be a little bolder. Be more engaged in what you are doing in your life. Focusing on these little things throughout the day, regardless of what problems or issues you may face, can make your life better.
Even though the focus of this week is on yourself, this does not mean to forego giving true worth to others. Never let those opportunities pass. You will also find that in doing goodness for others, you will also be doing goodness to yourself.
Step 1. Before the end of each day, write down a brief summary of how you grew true wealth for yourself. What did you do to improve the goodness in yourself (LRN), enjoy the goodness (LAF), value the goodness (LUV), and realize the goodness (LIV)? Use the Week 3 template, one for each day. Just like Week 2, you may want to keep a notebook handy throughout the day and jot your actions down soon after they occur so you will not forget. It also helps keep the objective in your mind. Do not let a day go by; at a minimum, write them down at the end of the day.
The template also gives you time for reflection. Were there some thoughts you had or actions you did that were not done in goodness and destroyed some of your true wealth? If you did not do much goodness today, what were the reasons? Were there opportunities to do goodness toward yourself, and in reflection you missed those opportunities? How can you do LRN LAF LUV and LIV toward yourself better tomorrow?
Step 2. And the end of the week, review your notes. Were you consistent in growing true wealth throughout the week? Did you grow true wealth with each of the four deeds of goodness? If you destroyed some true wealth, did you learn how to prevent it in the future?
